Mr. Hong graduated from Dalian Maritime University with B.Sc. degree in nautical science in 1982. He is a professor and



M.Sc. supervisor in Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. Mr. Hong is class A Captain with Norway lisence



and SAR  advisory consultant in China Marine Search and Rescue Centre. He is a member of nautical technology teaching



guide sub-committee of traffic and transportation discipline teaching guide committee of Hochschule. Mr. Hong  mainly



engaged in teaching and researching on Ship manoeuvring, Collision Avoidance, Ship Safety Management and Ship Motion
