Ms. Wu graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with LL.B. degree in International Economics Law in 1999. She obtained her LL.M. degree in International Law from Dalian Maritime University in 2007. She was qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2003. After 6 years of practice, Ms Wu has accumulated substantial experience in both litigation and non-litigation field. She has been acted as Legal Adviser for a number of enterprises and institutions and successfully represented over a hundred of cases in both civil and criminal area.

Ms. Wu specializes in real estate, construction, mortgages, guarantees, loans, equity transfer, insurance and etc.
