Ms.Gan graduated from Dalian maritime university with LL.B. degree in 2001, and dealt with legal affairs in a state owned shipping company from 2001 to 2003. After that.

she studies in Dalian Maritime University and was awarded LL.M degree in international law in 2006. Since 2006 Ms. Gan has been working as a lawyer till now.

Ms Gan specializes in bill of lading , charter party, marine insurance and international trade.
