Miss. Zhu graduated from Jilin University with LLB degree and Dalian Maritime University with J.M. degree. She served as a legal assistant in Liaoning Goodwell Law Firm from 2009 to 2012, and obtained the Certificate of the Legal Profession Qualifications in 2012, and then she was qualified as a PRC lawyer in May, 2013.

Miss. Zhu helped dealing with contentious cases covering tort, commercial contract, debt recourse, traffic accident, marriage disputes, employment disputes and other civil & commercial cases. In the past years, she took charge of warehousing fee recovery for COSCO Harbin Hafei Logistics Co. Ltd., of which the recovery rate is closed to 60% without litigation. Meanwhile, she has provided professional risk preventing services as a Legal Specialist for consultant companies--Chongqing Gas Group from August of 2013 to January of 2014, and drafted DD Report for Hua Rong Asset Management(Dalian) corporation.
