Ms. Zhao graduated from Liaoning University with LL.B. degree. She obtained her LL.M. degree in International Law from Dalian Maritime University in 2004. She was qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2000.

After years of practice, Ms Zhao has extensive experience in dealing with the following business: project negotiation and drafting negotiation documents; providing advice on the legal feasibility; drafting and auditing various types of contracts; drafting various legal instruments of corporate related affairs and improving the corporate governance structure; participating the general design, risk analysis and due diligence of Non-performing asset disposal program of assets management company; investigating the asset for acquisition of bad assets of banks. She has represented a number of economic and civil cases in real estate joint construction, sale of commercial properties, land-use right, corporate, contracts, intellectual property and labor disputes.
