Mr. Zhang was born in 1982. He graduated from Lanzhou University with B.Sc. degree in Meteorology. He is a professor and M.Sc. supervisor in Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. Mr. Zhang specializes in Marine Meteorology and Technology of Remote Sensing of Marine Environment.
